Business your own mind
A good idea rarely comes alone but is foregone by a couple of ideas that doesn’t always seem as shiny. This makes all ideas potentially valuable. In order to be able to absorb all ideas we need to develop our own idea generating process. This means the courage to “business” and speak out our own ideas internally. An idea that doesn’t get presented on the table with the rest of the crumbs never leads to anything. Its the ingredients that makes the cake.

To get there spells together
In order to be able to compete with strong competitors like Schibsted we need to make the most of our own possibilities. If we want to exceed our expectations and goals we need to work together and use the potential and amazing strength that our collective establishment and backbone offer us. This means taking advantage of everything from feed back/back feed on internal and external ideas to pointing out which companies and networks stand behind us.

The need for speed
The media landscape changes and evolves at a rapid rate. This puts special demands on us as media corporations. We need to be able to act fast if we want get a bite out of the media cake. Haste is of the outmost importance and we need to hurry if we are to exploit the possibilities offered by the market. Mindpark will in every way possible shorten the lead time of ideas and evaluate their potential i relation to our own possibilities to make them fly with a head start. This means that we need to cut away all unnecercary delays throughout the the whole decision making process. Our decision paths are to be short. In case of emergency situations that demands special and split second attention, Mindpark will act as a decision maker without hesitation.

Cutting edge, not corners
The need for speed and constantly being in the forefront of the business can never be an excuse for scribbles or low quality products or services. We are to lead without sloppy shortcuts. By relying on a well developed process we can benefit from the accumulated knowledge that exist without wondering if the wheel will spin every time. All ideas are to be processed only with speed and efficiency. Mindparks mode of operation is to generate a feeling of being both systematic and fast. Then, and only then, does our speed turn into a competitive advantage.

Outside the box, inside the park
We are to be open to all ideas no matter how highflying, big or creative they may be. Mindpark is a company without traditional guidelines and we shall differ creatively from the mind frame of our competitors. Lead don´t follow! But it is just as important to follow our own values inside the park, as it is to think outside the box.
